Annual Reports

The Meridian Library Foundation exists to financially support the capital needs of the Meridian Library District. We are committed to being strong stewards of the donations entrusted to us, ensuring that gifts are used for the purposes intended by donors and in coordination with the library district. Our Foundation takes this responsibility seriously.

To maintain financial integrity and transparency, the Foundation has established a Finance Committee, which:

• Provides financial oversight for the accounting, management, and investment of all donations
• Develops and reviews fiscal procedures, fundraising plans, and the annual budget with staff and other Board members

The Foundation Board is responsible for overseeing all financial matters. As a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, the Meridian Library Foundation is registered with the IRS and the State of Idaho.
