library literati apparel fundraiser
Our 2023 apparel design will be available for purchase Monday, November 6th - Monday, November 20th. All proceeds from this fundraiser will fund new youth & teen books for the Meridian Library District.
Orders are expected to arrive by Monday, December 11th!
Apparel is available in a variety of sizes and colors. All orders will arrive within 7-14 business days after our campaign ends.
Library Literati: A highly intelligent group of bibliophiles who hold
libraries in high regard as sanctuaries of knowledge and exploration.
About the Design: This year's design is dedicated to our library supporters who truly understand the invaluable role libraries play in our community. We've been deeply touched by the outpouring of support from our community, both near and far, over the past year, and this one's just for you!
P.S. The topographic map background inspired us to leave an easter egg at the bottom right corner for those who know how to read GPS locations ;)
This year, the Meridian Library Foundation is raising funds to support the Meridian Library District's Youth Collection. New youth books will be added to the collection at Meridian's new North Meridian location at Orchard Park, the Meridian Library at Cherry Lane, and will be purchased in advance for the upcoming South Meridian branch, which is anticipated to open in late 2024.
While the Plant Facility Levy Funds contribute to the construction of the space, they do not cover the collections, technology, or material resources. Without additional funding from grants and donations, these resources are limited to what the library can afford through its general operating budget. When you donate to the Meridian Library Foundation or participate in our fundraisers, you directly support these enhancements and increase the value of library services for your community.
This fall the Foundation is focused on raising funds for new youth books for the Meridian Library District!

Matching Bookmark: The first 100 orders will receive a matching "Library Literati" bookmark. Bookmarks will be mailed to the address used at checkout. Bookmarks can also be downloaded and printed at home!
